Lakeville, Minn., June 29, 2010 — Ryt-way Industries LLC (“Ryt-way”) has acquired from Cloud Holdings LLC the food and beverage contract packaging and equipment manufacturing businesses of Cloud Packaging Solutions consisting of the three companies of Cloud Packaging Services (“Cloud PS”), Cloud Equipment Company and Toll Packaging Services (“Toll”).

Cloud Packaging Solutions LLC (“Cloud”), a portfolio company of Cameron Holdings Corporation, is pleased to announce the acquisition of Toll Packaging Group, LLC (“Toll Packaging”) located in Gibson City, IL. Toll Packaging is a full service contract packager of food and consumer products. Details of the transaction were not disclosed.

Cloud Packaging Solutions has developed a new high-speed technology that ensures both accurate filling and exact pouch count for retail cartons and bulk cases. An industry first, this new technology can process up to 4,500 pouches per minute - with demonstrated fill accuracy of 1 gram +/- .05 grams and demonstrated  exact count collation of 1000 +/-0, allowing for higher throughput and reduced overall cost.  Meeting label carton counts is guaranteed, resulting in less product waste and greater material savings.  This high-precision process means bulk retailers will no longer have to sacrifice speed for quality control.
